• All orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.

• We dispatch orders 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays.
  
  Free Delivery
  
• We offer Free Standard Delivery on all deals. You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for an additional £1 at checkout.
  
• Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders of £30 and over. This can be upgraded to Next Day Delivery for an additional £1 at checkout.
  
  Delivery Times
  
• Standard deliveries: Royal Mail 2nd Class service with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.
  
• Next day deliveries: Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, usually delivered the next day.
  
• Royal Mail Special Delivery service: Guaranteed Next Day by 1 pm.
  
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, and Scilly Isles may take 2 to 5 days.
  
  International Deliveries
  
• We do not offer deliveries outside the UK.
  
  Delayed Deliveries
  
• Operational issues with our delivery partners may cause occasional delays. VaperZone cannot be held responsible for such delays.
  
  Incorrect Address
  
• Parcels not delivered due to an incorrect address can be reshipped to the correct address, but additional reshipping charges will apply.
