About Free Delivery?
- We offer Free Standard Delivery on all deals. You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for an additional £1 at checkout.

About Shipping?
Order Despatch
- All orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.
Despatch Days - We dispatch orders 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays.
Free Delivery - We offer Free Standard Delivery on all deals. You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for an additional £1 at checkout.

Delivery Times - Standard deliveries: Royal Mail 2nd Class service with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.
- Next day deliveries: Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, usually delivered the next day.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery service: Guaranteed Next Day by 1 pm.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, and Scilly Isles may take 2 to 5 days.
International Deliveries - We do not offer deliveries outside the UK
Delayed Deliveries - Operational issues with our delivery partners may cause occasional delays. VaperZone cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Incorrect Address - Parcels not delivered due to an incorrect address can be reshipped to the correct address, but additional reshipping charges will apply.

About Returns?
Refund or Exchange
- We offer no quibble returns on unopened, unused items in original resaleable condition for a full refund or exchange.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund opened or used items.
Notification Period - All returns must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Timeframe - Once we acknowledge your return request, you have 14 days to return the items to us.
Refund for Incorrectly Ordered Items - Shipping costs for incorrectly ordered items will not be refunded. The buyer bears the cost of sending the items back to us.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items - Faulty, damaged, and incorrectly sent items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs.
- Returns for such items must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Once acknowledged, you have 14 days to return the items to us.
Refund Processing Time - On approval, your refund will be made to the original mode of payment. Typically, it takes around 3-5 days for the payment to reach your account.
